About 2 minutes in to this video, tommy is handing out his "new cd" to someone in the audience. Is this little by little ?

Tommy was still recording Little By Little a couple of weeks ago.
The "new CD" in that video is probably the one he and Frank Vignola collaborated on.

I don't know if the new album is called Little By Little, however, I spoke to Tommy this week and he said he has a new 2 CD 24 track album that is finished. They are just waiting on some negotiations and it should be released soon.

Last time I went to his concert (April 2010) he told the audience that release would be October 2010. And I thought he meant the documentary about him too. So there will be a new studio album (little by little) and documentary DVD.
